Marketing & Event Logistics Intern:

myTEAM TRIUMPH is looking for an undergraduate student able to work in the Green Bay area as a dedicated, and passionate intern to go above and beyond with marketing opportunities as well as learn and assist with race related logistics and management. myTEAM TRIUMPH provides opportunities for people of all abilities to participate in endurance events within the community and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of race planning as well as developing and creating online marketing campaigns.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, have a flexible schedule, and the ability to adapt to change. Upon completion of the internship they will have gained a broad experience in various aspects of non-profits, marketing, and logistics.

Triumph Crew Member (ALL Regions):

Join the local Triumph Crew in your area and work collaboratively with an amazing team to ensure that we have success at training runs, race day, and by spreading our mission in the community. The time commitment includes an average of 1-2 hours weekly at most.  As a team, the focus areas are as follow:

 

Training Runs

  • Equipment Organization (Set Up & Take Down)
  • Check In on Angels, Captains, and Volunteers
  • Determine routes
  • Organize running groups of Captains and Angels
  • Collect emergency contact information from each team
  • Photography and social media shares
  • Contribute local knowledge of participants for roster & equipment assignments

Race Day & Pre-Race Camp

  • Photography
  • Equipment Organization (Set Up & Take Down)
  • Pre-Race Camp
  • Organize Volunteers
  • Direct Race Day plan and keep everyone on task
  • Supply Race Announcers with Team Names
  • Check In Tent (Attendance, Record Shirts Handed Out)
  • Offline Donation Collection
  • Course Support
  • Team Emergency Contact Information
  • Energizing Pep Talk to the team and prayer
  • Cheer Zone along the course

Advocacy

  • Community Outreach
  • Expos
  • School Connection
  • Positive contributor within the community
  • Recruitment of Angels, Captains, Volunteers
  • Special Events

Advisory Committee:

myTEAM TRIUMPH Advisory Committees consist of board, staff, team and community members.  Their focus is to examine and suggest improvements to a specific process and/or outcome.  Each committee meets every month  or quarter.  A committee chair then reports findings and suggestions to the Board of Directors for review and implementation.
