Marketing Manager

Summary

The Marketing Manager is a part-time role that supports myTEAM TRIUMPH develop and engage with our mission within the community throughout the state.

Reports directly to the Executive Director and is an essential part of communicating our story.  Oversees organization marketing campaigns; coach of organizational content and brand message.  Creates relevant and compelling messages that people find valuable and delivers consistent messaging through a variety of communication channels to increase overall brand awareness.  Creates and builds business and local relationship.  Develops and implements advanced community outreach programs to promote organizational growth. Promotes organizational fundraising goals. Serves as a fundraising adviser to increase fundraising income stream.  Positions organization as marketing leader; sharing and teaching best demonstrated practices with fellow state chapters.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic organization to help provide opportunities within the community to people of all abilities. The primary focus of this role is to support myTEAM TRIUMPH events in Wisconsin.

Race Manager

Summary

The Race Manager is a part-time role that supports myTEAM TRIUMPH events throughout the state of Wisconsin and our mission within the community.

Reports directly to the Executive Director and is an essential part of our event preparation process and providing excellent customer service to our Captains, Angels, Volunteers, fundraisers and donors. This role is also involved in event execution when required.  Event locations are throughout the state and therefore travel, nights, and weekends are required for this role. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by myTEAM TRIUMPH. Because our program events reach all areas within the organization, this role may be assigned tasks and projects to support other members of the leadership team as deemed necessary.

Race Coordinator

Summary

The Race Coordinator is a part-time role that supports myTEAM TRIUMPH events throughout the state of Wisconsin and our mission within the community.

Reports directly to the Director of Operations and is an essential part of our event execution process. Event locations are throughout the state and therefore travel, nights, and weekends are required for this role. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by myTEAM TRIUMPH. Because our program events reach all areas within the organization, this role may be assigned tasks and projects to support other members of the leadership team as deemed necessary.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic organization to help provide opportunities within the community to people of all abilities. The primary focus of this role is to support myTEAM TRIUMPH events in Wisconsin.

Marketing & Event Logistics Intern:

myTEAM TRIUMPH is looking for an undergraduate student able to work in the Green Bay area as a dedicated, and passionate intern to go above and beyond with marketing opportunities as well as learn and assist with race related logistics and management. myTEAM TRIUMPH provides opportunities for people of all abilities to participate in endurance events within the community and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of race planning as well as developing and creating online marketing campaigns.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, have a flexible schedule, and the ability to adapt to change. Upon completion of the internship they will have gained a broad experience in various aspects of non-profits, marketing, and logistics.

Triumph Crew Member (ALL Regions):

Join the local Triumph Crew in your area and work collaboratively with an amazing team to ensure that we have success at training runs, race day, and by spreading our mission in the community. The time commitment includes an average of 3-4 hours weekly.  As a team, the focus areas are as follow:

  • Advocacy
