Fundraising 101: Getting Started
*All items will be mailed out at the end of the racing season.
To be considered for the event fundraising incentives, all fundraising dollars need to be raised and collected no later than 2 weeks after the event. To be considered for the season long fundraising incentives, all fundraising dollars need to be raised and collected no later than 2 weeks after the last event of the season. Fundraisers who raise $300 or more dollars for any one (1) event this season will receive the below incentive prize. Please be aware that you will receive the item that fits the highest level of what you raised for that specific event. (Example: raise $650, you will receive the campfire mug, raise $825, you will receive the foam roller. Fundraisers who raise $1,000 or more throughout the 2018 mTT racing season will receive the below incentive prize. Please be aware you will receive the item that fits the highest level of what you raised this season. (Example: raise $2,750 you will receive the Garmin watch, raise $5,001, you will receive the Wahoo Kickr. Qualified fundraisers can receive both the event and season fundraising incentive gifts. (Qualified fundraisers would be someone who raised at least $300 in one event, and more than $1,000 this season)

TYPES OF FUNDRAISING
Peer to Peer Fundraising
Also known as social fundraising and/or personal fundraising; this is the type of fundraising that you will most likely be engaged in. Every Angel, Captain and Volunteer will automatically be enrolled in peer to peer fundraising upon registering for an event. After completing our online registration forms, you will be sent a link with your own personal fundraising page. This page can be customized with your own photos, story, updates and more! It can be easily shared via email or on your social media accounts.
Third Party Fundraising
These are events organized by an external individual or group. These come in the form of restaurant nights or a business donating part of the proceeds of their sale, etc.
During the year, there are a variety of special events that myTEAM TRIUMPH WI hosts to raise funds. Examples of these events include our annual golf outing and Gala.

Need an Online Fundraising Start?
The key to online fundraising is making it personal.
- Use a photo! CLICK HERE to download the image on the left OR use one of your own images from mTT, your training or anything that you have a personal connection to.
- Tell your story! Don’t just tell people what you are doing, tell them why you are doing it. Be specific about the dollar amount you are trying to raise and the timeframe that you have. BE SURE to include your fundraising page link!!
- Personally thank your donors over social media! When you do, include your fundraising link.
